Ashwagandha Root is traditionally used to help with anxiety and stress and relieve symptoms of depression, to get the best out of the root, infuse in hot water and allow to steep for a few minutes before drinking.
Ashwagandha is also known as Winter Cherry or Indian Ginseng powder. It is made from the root of the Rennet (Withania somifera) plant, the herb can be traced back almost 3000 years and was used as traditional Indian medicine which promotes physical and mental health.
