Kaffir Lime Leaves, as the name suggest they come from the same trees as we get limes from. We dehydrate these leaves by dehydrating  machines. This preserves the freshness, Taste and Aroma of these leaves.

Our Kaffir Lime Leaves are just that, rigid solid leaves – this ensures the flavour is stored in the leaves and not lost in the drying process. Lime Leaves can be added to any dish – Thai in particular for us, other cuisines just as good.

The flavour is very pungent from Lime Leaves, when powdered 1 teaspoon is about the same as 5 leaves, so using a little at a time is advised.
