Organic Dried Bird’s Eye chillies are some of the spiciest of the capsicum family. They are usually around 2 cm in length. Bird’s eye chillies are usually sold dried, and they can be chopped, flaked or ground at home. Care should be taken when handling them; wash your hands after using them and avoid contact with eyes or sensitive areas.
